Meet the heart behind the mission
Benita J. Turner isn’t just any real estate professional; she’s a proud daughter of South DeKalb County, embodying the warmth and strength of her Georgia roots. Growing up with her mom and aunts in a community that treasures hard work, family, and friendship, Benita learned the power of collaboration and service from a young age.
Her real estate journey kicked off with a deep-seated commitment to her community. After earning her Bachelor of Arts from Georgia Southern University, Benita dedicated two years to AmeriCorps, tackling homelessness and housing issues. This experience ignited her passion for real estate, and she became a licensed agent in 2010.
Never one to rest on her laurels, Benita pursued a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership from Mercer University, snagged her Broker's License in 2014, became a licensed Real Estate Educator in 2017, and in 2023, she became a certified real estate educator.
Benita's approach to real estate education is dynamic and effective. She champions an "education first" philosophy, believing that informed decisions lead to empowered outcomes for families and individuals alike. Her goal is to equip clients with the knowledge and understanding they need to make confident choices in the real estate market, ensuring they navigate transactions with clarity and assurance.
With deep roots in Atlanta, Benita continues to serve her community with dedication and integrity. Her journey from AmeriCorps to real estate educator underscores her unwavering commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
